Job summary

Target in Bryan, TX is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, manage the sales floor, and present fashion assortments with energy and care.

You’ll support guest experiences with strong operations, price signage, fitting room management, and backroom organization, working flexible hours including nights and weekends.

No two days are the same as you help guests find styles, assist with checkout, and keep shelves stocked and merch attractively displayed.

Qualifications

• Apparel knowledge and accessories familiarity.
• Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and store devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a team or independently.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and clear signage.
• Use store tools to analyze sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the floor, and organize backroom space.
• Set visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and floor coverage through priority fills.
• Keep backroom organized and merch moved to support replenishment.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to inspire shoppers.
• Assist with price changes and clearance merchandising.
• Maintain fitting rooms as welcoming spaces for guests.
• Support fulfillment and move merchandise back to sales floor as needed.
• Operate safely and comply with policies and training.
