Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and a guest-first culture.
• Retail operations knowledge including pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising.
• Understanding of fashion trends and brand differentiation.
• Ability to set, price, and sign floor visuals and product displays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep the floor ready with visual standards, signage, and knowledge of assortment.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and assist guests.
• Sort and move freight to the floor; locate merchandise in backroom as needed.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability with priority fills and capacity merchandising.
• Support backroom organization including replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and clearance signing.
• Manage fitting rooms as welcoming spaces and service points for guests.
• Ensure merchandise flows back to the sales floor throughout the day.
