Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, delivering a compelling in-store experience. You will ensure the floor is stocked, accurately priced, and presented to inspire self-discovery and seasonal style choices.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Support a guest-first culture and strong guest service fundamentals.
• Understand retail operations, pricing, promotions, and basic visual merchandising.
• Be able to work in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Sort and move merchandise to the sales floor and backroom as needed.
• Maintain stock levels and backroom organization for replenishment and guest needs.
• Support cashier operations and drive-up / order pickup duties as required.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs to enhance their shopping experience.
