Job summary

knitwellgroup is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador and guide customers with personalized styling recommendations on the sales floor. You will help keep the store inviting by ensuring merchandise is organized and well-presented for a superior shopping experience.

You will listen to customer needs, share product knowledge, and collaborate with the team to drive brand loyalty and provide a seamless omnichannel journey. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
