Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador, connecting with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling. You’ll help keep the store beautifully organized and ready to impress customers.

You’ll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our inviting environment on the sales floor, with availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitability mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
