Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the sales floor, guiding customers with personalized styling and keeping the store looking beautiful.

You will collaborate with the team to create memorable shopping experiences, use available tools for omnichannel service, and help meet store goals. Availability includes evenings and weekends; prior customer-focused experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Technology proficient with ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
