Job summary

H&M USA, Inc. in Chico is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, guide shoppers through the store, and actively promote our products.

You’ll use fashion knowledge to inform customers and support garment care while working with the team to maintain attractive displays. You will be part of onboarding and training, contribute to sales targets, and uphold a positive brand image through every interaction.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and in-store experience.
• Motivated by giving customers a great experience.
• Strong communication, creative and curious, flexible and action‑oriented.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Sales experience in fashion or retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Promote and sell products to customers.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house areas.
• Support with garment care and presentation and stock replenishment.
