Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to provide a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and help exceed customer expectations. You will drive sales, represent brand standards, and support store initiatives and team training.

The role builds clientele and strengthens customer connections, using alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery tools while maintaining store standards and offering feedback to leadership.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate the register and work on foot for multiple hours; lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and achieve sales goals by keeping customers at the center of decisions.
• Represent brand and customer experience standards while supporting store initiatives and team training.
• Build clientele and strengthen customer connectivity through alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery tools.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and provide management with feedback on successes, opportunities, and category needs.
