Job summary

Target in Memphis is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, delivering an energized in-store experience with strong operations and compelling visual presentations.

You will engage guests, maintain the floor, and support backroom organization while upholding safety and compliance. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required, with opportunities to learn and grow in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplishing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by applying visual standards and pricing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and assist guests as needed.
• Sort freight and move merchandise to the sales floor and backroom as required by business needs.
• Create and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support the guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability through priority and regular fills to keep the floor ready.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to meet guest needs.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and clearance merchandising as directed.
• Keep fitting rooms welcoming and organized and help guests.
