Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to provide outstanding guest service and assist with visual merchandising on the sales floor and fitting rooms. You will help guests find products, answer questions, and maintain the appearance and organization of the store while upholding safety and cash handling standards.

This role requires a friendly attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to cover varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Sort freight, push to sales floor, and locate merchandise per business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain floor availability and full stock through priority fills and replenishment.
• Remerchandise displays as products sell to sustain an inviting shopping environment.
• Assist with price changes and clearance merchandising per guidelines.
