Job summary

Target Memphis is seeking a Style Consultant to create a welcoming guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will help guests find the right products, assist with merchandising, and keep the floor stocked and inviting throughout the day.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, adapt to fast-paced environments, and are comfortable using store tech like handheld scanners. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is often required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and signing.
• Understand sales and inventory to assist guests and support replenishment.
• Move merchandise from backroom to floor as needed based on business needs.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and perform priority fills to keep the floor stocked.
