Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through strong operations and an outstanding in-store experience. Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory and support guest needs.
• Sort freight and relocate merchandise to the sales floor based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on the floor with priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Support replenishment and guest requests by organizing the backroom and fitting rooms.
• Remerchandise displays to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signing for clearances.
• Greet guests and assist them with inquiries and needs.
