Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, assist with product knowledge, and maintain an engaging in-store environment. You will help guests find items, keep displays current, and support replenishment and checkout processes in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, teamwork, and adaptability, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs. Prior retail experience and a passion for fashion are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail guest assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and clear signing.
• Assist guests with product information and locate merchandise as needed.
• Sort freight, stock the floor, and ensure shelves are accurately priced and signed.
• Maintain backroom organization and support replenishment and fulfillment for guests.
