Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to provide an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will help guests find products, maintain visual standards, and support floor replenishment and merchandising to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires strong guest service skills, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Training will cover store tools, POS operations, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with guests and delivering service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist guests and team members.
• Ability to adapt to varying hours, shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms to meet their needs.
• Help with stock, freight, and backroom organization to support replenishment.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and order pickup while maintaining safety policies.
