Job summary

Equinox Club in Hollywood is seeking energetic Style Advisors to deliver an unparalleled customer experience and drive sales. The role reports to the Shop MOD and supports store operations and brand standards across The Shop and Equinox services.

You will help guests explore services like personal training, Pilates, spa, and Shop products while maintaining high housekeeping and presentation standards. A dynamic, growth-focused environment awaits at this new Equinox Club location.

Qualifications

• The ability to take direction.
• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail.
• Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
• Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal).
• Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and to Equinox.
• Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products.
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies.
• Assist with timely and accurate completion of all operational tasks.
• Support merchandising and marketing direction to reflect brand standards.
