Equinox in Dallas is seeking energetic Style Advisors to deliver a total, unparalleled customer experience at The Shop and Equinox locations. You will support the Shop MOD on business strategy and help ensure maximum productivity while upholding all company policies.

Responsibilities include achieving monthly sales goals, maintaining presentation standards, staying informed about products and services, and building strong relationships with members and colleagues.

Qualifications

• The ability to take direction.
• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail.
• Hardworking and diligent, possessing honesty and personal integrity.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
• Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal).
• Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox.
• Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products.
