Equinox Fitness Club is seeking energetic, creative Style Advisors to join our team in Rittenhouse. You will deliver a total customer experience, support shop operations, and drive sales through knowledge of club and shop services.

• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail.
• Hardworking with honesty and personal integrity.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
• Be available to work a varied schedule, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and contribute to the store goal.
• Provide an unparalleled customer experience for visitors to The Shop and Equinox.
• Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products.
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory policies consistently.
• Assist with merchandising, branding, and routing of marketing directions.
• Maintain housekeeping and organizational standards on floors and stockrooms.
• Build relationships across colleagues and departments to foster teamwork.
