Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in Plano is seeking energetic, creative Style Advisors to join the team. You will deliver a total customer experience to members and Shop guests, taking direction from the Shop MOD to maximize productivity while upholding company policies and procedures.

You will contribute to achieving monthly sales goals, maintain knowledge of services and products, and work to reflect the brand standards through merchandising, presentation, and teamwork across departments within the club.

Qualifications

• Must be able to take direction from supervisors and follow store policies.
• Experience in a customer service environment; retail preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new techniques quickly.
• Willingness to work a varied retail schedule, including peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.
• Deliver an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and Equinox.
• Maintain knowledge of club and Shop services, programs, and products.
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory policies; assist with operations tasks.
• Ensure merchandising and shop presentation reflect brand standards; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Build relationships with teammates and clients; uphold company policies and teamwork.
