Job summary

H&M in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver excellent customer service, guide customers through the store and actively sell our products. You will use fashion knowledge to provide information and support, while helping with garment care and store presentation.

You will work with the team to maintain a tidy floor, assist with stock, and promote loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store with the Omni experience where available.
• Promote and sell products while representing the H&M brand positively.
• Support with garment care, stock replenishment, and maintaining a neat sales floor and back of house.
• Contribute to opening/closing procedures and assist with in-store operations and visual presentation.
