• Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service and promote products.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products across the store.
• Promote and sell products and actively promote the Hello Member loyalty app.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all interactions and support sales targets with the team.
• Assist with garment refills, presentation, stock upkeep and store operations.
