Qualifications

• 1+ years sales or customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or related fields.
• Proven history of driving sales and meeting targets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Anticipate client desires and concerns.
• Service oriented, supporting clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
• Maintain accountability for personal performance objectives.
• Apply an omni-channel approach to merchandise recommendations.
• Stay up to date with market trends and competitors.
• Know brand product knowledge across categories to service clients.
• Represent Givenchy with passion in every interaction.
• Use personal STYLE to create extraordinary guest experiences.
• Develop relationships to drive loyalty and spend toward plans.
• Communicate with guests via handwritten notes, calls, emails.
• Capture customer data during discovery of each guest.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities for unique experiences.
• Drive business as a styling visionary for seasonal products.
• Act on NPS feedback and CSR opportunities.
• Perform duties in operations, visual merch, inventory, aftercare.
