Qualifications

• 2+ years in a research operations, lab coordination, or UX study coordination role.
• Ability to execute standardized protocols consistently and flag deviations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent study schedules.
• Naturally warm and personable in one-on-one settings with participants.
• Polished, professional communication with non-technical participants.
• Familiarity with informed consent processes and participant confidentiality standards.
• Proficiency with calendar management, spreadsheets, and document creation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support full lifecycle of human data collection and subjective user feedback studies.
• Manage study schedules, participant coordination, and ground-truth equipment setup.
• Ensure adherence to informed consent and confidentiality standards.
• Provide clear, actionable written updates and QC of study data.
