Responsibilities include delivering workshop experiences, building community connections, and fostering relationships for member recruitment and retention. The position offers a flexible part-time schedule with a pay range of $15 — $21 USD depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one.
• Excellent at active listening to provide members with assistance.
• Experienced at facilitating a group preferred.

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members.
• Build strong connections on social media and in community events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship building.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by responding to members' posts.
