Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking a Field Team Coach/Guide to engage members, recruit new participants, and drive product sales while working flexible hours. This in-person role at WW Studio locations emphasizes delivering the weekly behavior change curriculum and building connections in the community.

You will travel to workshop locations within the territory, support member engagement, and represent WW at events.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one
• Excellent at active listening to be able to provide our members with assistance
• Experienced at facilitating a group preferred
• Able to travel to our workshop locations within the territory
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience and guide the weekly behavior-change curriculum.
• Build community connections and partnerships; attract new members and raise brand awareness.
• Recruit and retain members by relationship-building and providing support and tools.
• Provide behavior-change coaching; respond to posts with purpose and help members act.
