Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking a Field Team Coach/Guide to engage members, recruit new participants, and drive product sales with a flexible, part-time schedule. The role emphasizes delivering behavior-change workshops, building community connections, and providing ongoing member support across WW programs.

Responsibilities include delivering the weekly curriculum, supporting partnerships, and coaching members to stay motivated.

Qualifications

• Social media-savvy and able to create engaging content.
• Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one.
• Excellent at active listening to provide our members with assistance.
• Experienced at facilitating a group (preferred).
• Able to travel to our workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing tools or products.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported.
