Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking energetic Field Team Coaches and Guides to engage members, deliver workshop experiences, and promote weight health through behavior change. You will work within a hybrid environment, delivering programs and coaching to support members’ goals.

As a part-time role, you’ll recruit new members, build community partnerships, and travel to workshop locations within the territory. WW provides a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Passionate about wellness; currently a WW member or excited to become one.
• Excellent at active listening to assist members.
• Experience facilitating a group is preferred.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community by representing WW at events and partnerships.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship-building and providing tools for success.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by supporting members and guiding action plans.
