Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios Technology Operations is seeking a Technology Operations Engineer to drive execution and improvement of service delivery processes across the Studios. You will provide first and second tier technical support, contribute to cross-functional projects, and collaborate with developers, executives, vendors and other teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in software development or experience in technical support.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support network, technology, software and devices across Amazon MGM Studios global productions.
• Regular activities include systems administration, troubleshooting, issue prioritization, root cause analysis and escalation in a variety of software and hardware environments.
• Drive execution and improvement of key service delivery processes throughout the content production lifecycle and the Studios organization.
• Collaborate with software developers, executives, vendors and other support teams.
