Job summary

Amazon and MGM Studios Tech seek a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive transformative initiatives in streaming technology. You will lead cross-functional programs, shape platform architecture, and partner with MGM and Prime Video leadership to deliver award-winning entertainment experiences.

This role is based in Los Angeles, at the intersection of Hollywood storytelling and tech innovation, with a focus on scalable systems and global content data management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility technical programs that power the digital video studios technology organization.
• Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy for next-generation studios businesses from Sales, IP, Financials.
• Partner with engineering teams to build scalable solutions that handle massive amounts of global content data.
• Collaborate with MGM Studios, Prime Video leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative entertainment experiences.
• Mentor and develop other technical program managers while raising the bar for engineering excellence.
