Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios Technology is seeking a Technology Operations Engineer to drive the execution and improvement of key service delivery processes across Studios. You will provide first- and second-line technical support and collaborate with developers, executives, vendors and other teams.

You’ll work on cross-functional projects, contribute to enterprise-scale operations, and interact with production staff and studio leadership to ensure reliable, scalable technology delivery across Prime

Qualifications

• Experience in software development, or experience in technical support.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.

Responsibilities

• Support network, technology, software and devices across Amazon MGM Studios global productions.
• Troubleshoot, prioritize issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Escalate problems as needed to resolve incidents.
