Job summary

WorkGenius in Burbank, CA is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Studio Technology Portfolio Operations. The role oversees cross-functional technology programs, governance, and delivery across software, infrastructure, and production systems.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to align planning, budgets, and ROI, while advancing AI-enabled workflows and dashboards to drive business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, including cross-functional coordination across multiple teams and technologies.
• Experience leading technical teams in software development, infrastructure, data, media, or related environments; Scrum Master or Product Manager/Owner experience preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, ROI analysis, and portfolio performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Jira Service Management, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, or similar tools; analytics/AI tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills; PMP/CSM/SAFe or consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from intake through governance using waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methods.
• Manage program delivery including sprint ceremonies, prioritization, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
• Develop portfolio dashboards, KPI reporting, roadmaps, and executive reviews covering health, value, and ROI.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and leaders on quarterly planning, budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Drive AI adoption by building AI-enabled workflows, governance, and automation while mentoring teams.
