Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking an AI Program Manager to lead a portfolio of AI initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, and Finance to define, prioritize, and deliver measurable outcomes that reduce waste and lift revenue.

You will build business cases, manage roadmaps, and govern stage-gate delivery while partnering with IT to enable data infrastructure and AI tools. Strong communication and change leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading data/AI/automation programs with manufacturing operations
• Mastery of program management (business cases, roadmaps, stage gates, financials)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership across functions

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to capture business objectives and translate them into AI project requirements
• Build business cases baseline performance and quantify benefits
• Prioritize initiatives by value, impact, labor hour avoidance and risk
• Develop data/IT infrastructure and tools to support AI roadmap
• Ensure AI workflows are transitioned to business and integrated into processes
• Share AI knowledge to upskill the organization and coach stakeholders
• Partner with Legal/HR on data privacy and AI use policies
• Ensure IT cybersecurity and risk guidelines are followed
