Job summary

Promise is seeking a Program Manager to lead the MUSE program across product, pipeline, and infrastructure on live productions in Los Angeles. You will own planning, dependencies, risk management, and the operating rhythm to align engineering, pipeline, and production.

You will be the product voice in production, drive adoption of MUSE on set, and translate production needs into clear, well-formed requests for decision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management in film, episodic, games, or software.
• Experience with production pipelines and tracking systems (AYON, ShotGrid, ftrack).
• Familiarity with studio infrastructure (access, storage, compute, networks).
• Proven ability to run planning cadence, decision tracking, and dependency management.
• Technical fluency to follow engineering and pipeline discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messaging.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in your work.
• Discretion and NDA-compliant handling of confidential material.
• Based in Los Angeles and available on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of the MUSE program across product, pipeline, and infrastructure.
• Serve as primary liaison between product and production leads, coordinating onboarding and delivery.
• Establish and run the program's operating rhythm with planning cycles and reviews.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and cross-team dependencies with options and recommendations.
• Translate priorities into executable plans with clear ownership and timing.
• Coordinate integrations and releases against the production calendar.
• Lead infrastructure programs (access, storage, compute, security) aligned with product cadence.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership in a weekly view.
• Apply AI tooling to program operations and improve workflows.
