Job summary

VASA Fitness in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a STUDIO Team Lead to guide and develop a squad of STUDIO Coaches, ensuring safe, engaging, and results-driven classes across our boutique STUDIO spaces.

You will schedule classes, balance staffing with business goals, and drive member experience and growth while upholding VASA's standards. CPR/AED and 3+ years of group fitness instruction required; bachelor's or NCCA certification preferred. Location: 4255 West Thunderbird Road, Phoenix, AZ 85053.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certs in exercise science or kinesiology.
• NCCA-accredited or group fitness certification.
• CPR/AED certification current.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing STUDIO Coach team.
• Building class schedules that are on-trend, effective, and convenient for members.
• Driving membership growth and retention through consistent, results-oriented classes.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly STUDIO sales and attendance goals.
• Creating a community within STUDIO that is supportive and welcoming.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and motivating environment.
