Job summary

VASA Fitness in Phoenix is seeking a Personal Training Lead to manage the club's PT department, build a high-performing team, and drive client acquisition and retention. You will mentor trainers, ensure safe, effective sessions, and create a friendly, inclusive gym atmosphere.

Leadership with sales focus is essential for monthly goals and growth. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree or certification, 3+ years of leadership experience, CPR/AED, strong communication, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology or an NCCA-accredited PT certification.
3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Current CPR/AED certification required.
Strong communication skills and background in customer service or member services.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing PT team within the club.
Drive client acquisition and retention through coaching and sales.
Ensure safety, effectiveness, and results across all training sessions.
Create an inclusive, friendly gym atmosphere and mentor trainers to achieve monthly targets.
