VASA Fitness in the United States is opening a brand-new STUDIO location and seeks a Studio Team Lead to coach and mentor a team of STUDIO Coaches, schedule classes, and ensure safe, engaging workouts aligned with VASA’s standards.

You don’t need prior STUDIO leadership experience—certification and drive to lead suffice. We’ll train you, travel for initial training, and help build a vibrant community that motivates members.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing team of STUDIO Coaches who embody VASA's values.
• Building class schedules that are on-trend, effective, and convenient for members.
• Driving membership growth and retention by delivering consistent, results-oriented classes.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly STUDIO sales and attendance goals.
• Creating a community within STUDIO that's supportive, energetic, and welcoming to all fitness levels.
• Maintaining clean, safe, and motivating environments that over-deliver on member value.
• Coaching and developing your team through regular feedback, training, and recognition.
