Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Senior Director to partner with the VP, Head of Operations and lead the Strategy & Planning team for the Studio Business Group. You will integrate performance, priorities, risks and investments across studios, and translate complex information into actionable leadership insights.

The role will design and manage the executive rhythm, drive cross‑functional alignment, and shape strategic decisions at the highest level within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business strategy, operations, and planning at senior level.
• Experience advising C-suite and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong business judgment and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Background in gaming, technology, or entertainment is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
