Job summary

Fox Factory is seeking a Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. You will receive, inspect, and process shipments to ensure accurate, documented inventory and support production workflows.

No experience required, but 1+ year in a warehouse environment is a plus. Responsibilities include unloading, routing items, forklift operation, and maintaining shipment records.

Position Summary

The Receiving Associate is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments to ensure materials and products are accurately received, documented, and stored. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production and operational requirements.

Position Responsibilities

• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.


• Routes items to departments.


• Keeps records on incoming shipments and returns.


• Operate forklift or use hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.


• May direct others in receiving incoming shipments.
