Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver capital projects across a large-scale studio campus in the Los Angeles area. You will oversee from concept through closeout, acting as the owner's representative and coordinating with architects, engineers, and vendors.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery in line with Studio Operations requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction or related industries.
• Experience managing multiple projects from concept through completion.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts.
• Knowledge of California building codes and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent capital projects ranging from small remodels to large-scale multi-phased tenant improvements to new construction and site/campus infrastructure improvements.
• Lead projects through all phases including programming, feasibility studies, budgeting, design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Serve as the Owner's representative and primary point of contact for all assigned projects.
• Collaborate with Facilities & Plant Operations to minimize disruptions to studio operations, productions, tenants, and campus activities during construction.
• Establish project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and specialty designers throughout design and construction.
• Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with studio standards and codes.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and consultant deliverables.
• Manage value engineering while maintaining objectives and quality standards.
• Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, and specialty vendors.
• Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor expenses and costs.
• Facilitate decision-making among diverse stakeholder groups.
