Job summary

Club Pilates Brea is seeking a Sales Representative to welcome prospects, present the Club Pilates experience, and match members with the right membership. This role blends client service with goal-driven sales in a fast-paced boutique fitness setting.

You will generate memberships through follow-ups, tours, and relationship-building, maintain high service standards, and contribute to community events. A passion for health, strong communication, and closing skills are essential; experience in

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness studio, boutique fitness, or retail sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal, phone, and email communication.
• Ability to learn and use ClubReady software.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Generate new memberships through lead follow-up, consultations, and closing sales.
• Conduct studio tours tailored to each prospective member's goals.
• Build relationships with prospects and members to create loyalty.
• Complete a minimum of 100 outreach activities daily (calls, texts, emails, follow-ups).
• Schedule high-quality appointments through proactive engagement.
• Meet and exceed sales goals for memberships, retail, and programs.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience from inquiry to ongoing support.
• Represent Club Pilates at community events and local partnerships.
