Job summary

barre3 is seeking a Sales & Training Lead for the West Village studio. You will grow attendance, drive in-studio sales, and uphold a top-tier hospitality standard while supporting CRM communications and studio systems.

You will partner with the West Village Studio Manager to train the Operations team, focus on two revenue streams (classes and retail), and execute events and partnerships to hit KPIs and maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience and ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to train and develop Studio Operations teams.
• Proven track record in meeting KPIs and revenue goals.
• Experience using CRM, email automation, and follow-up processes.
