Job summary

barre3 is hiring for an Operations position in Portland to support Front Desk, Play Lounge, and studio operations. You will focus on delivering a welcoming member experience, driving sales, and maintaining a clean, organized studio.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment; a minimum of two shifts per week is expected, with permanent, year-round employment.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; demonstrates initiative and reliability.
• Must be able to work a minimum of two shifts per week (10 hours minimum); permanent position, not seasonal.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to visitors and members.
• Seeks to build relationships with members to provide a positive barre3 experience.
• Drives and performs sales of classes, memberships, and retail to potential clients and existing members.
• Builds strong client relations while maintaining a warm, supportive environment.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary and organized studio atmosphere.
• Prepares the studio for classes and shifts; assists with events and studio operations.
