Job summary

barre3 Portland seeks a Sales & Training Lead to collaborate with the Studio Manager to grow attendance, drive in-studio sales, and uphold an exceptional client experience. You will train the Studio Operations team, manage CRM communications, and support private events and partnerships to boost revenue and retention.

The role focuses on two revenue streams—class and retail—and requires strong hospitality, organization, and leadership to maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive two revenue streams: class revenue and retail revenue.
• Upsell and convert clients to memberships using the barre3 sales process.
• Lead trainings for Studio Operations team and ensure consistent procedures.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming studio environment and high client experience.
• Use CRM communications and follow-up to grow conversion and reduce churn.
• Partner with Studio Manager to meet KPIs and coordinate events.
