FIBR is seeking a driven Studio Sales Manager for a new Pilates studio in Wheaton, IL. The role focuses on leading membership sales via tours, consultations, and persistent follow-ups, while building a strong member community and referral networks.

You will conduct 50+ outbound calls daily, convert visitors to members, and consistently hit monthly sales goals, all while training staff and hosting community events to grow the studio’s presence.

Formación

• Proven sales experience in fitness, wellness, retail, or membership-based businesses preferred.
• Strong ability to build trust and close sales without being pushy.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following up with leads.

Responsabilidades

• Convert first-time visitors into long-term members.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Handle objections confidently by focusing on value and results.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard Pilates instructors and sales associates.
• Train staff on sales strategies, customer service, and studio culture.
• Lead by example with energy, professionalism, and accountability.
• Represent the studio at local events and wellness partnerships.
• Build relationships with nearby businesses and community organizations.
• Generate new leads through local outreach and networking.

What You’ll Do

• Lead membership sales through studio tours, consultations, and follow-ups
• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads, trial participants, and former members

Create an Exceptional Member Experience

• Build genuine relationships with members and learn their fitness goals
• Develop retention strategies to keep members engaged and excited
• Organize referral programs, studio events, and community initiatives
• Celebrate member milestones and create a welcoming studio culture

Lead & Build a Strong Team

• Recruit, interview, and onboard Pilates instructors and sales associates
• Train staff on sales strategies, customer service, and studio culture
• Lead by example with energy, professionalism, and accountability

Community Outreach & Grassroots Marketing

• Represent the studio at local events and wellness partnerships
• Build relationships with nearby businesses and community organizations
• Generate new leads through local outreach and networking

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience (fitness, wellness, retail, or membership-based businesses preferred)

Strong ability to build trust and close sales without being pushy

Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following up with leads

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

Leadership experience or ability to coach and motivate a team

Passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives

Availability to work some evenings or weekends during peak studio hours or events
