The Assistant Sales Manager is a sales-focused role that drives membership growth and supports the Studio Manager with daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone motivated by performance-based pay, who enjoys grassroots marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced, member-first environment.
Drive new membership sales and renewals through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and studio tours.
Confidently handle objections and close sales to meet monthly goals.
Participate in grassroots marketing and community events to generate leads and promote the studio.
Deliver a professional, welcoming experience to every member and guest.
Assist with studio operations including scheduling, reporting, and front desk support.
Support and motivate team members to maintain a high-energy, positive culture.
Help ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and inviting.
Proven sales experience, ideally in fitness, wellness, or membership-based businesses.
Motivated by commission and bonuses, with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, organized, and able to multi-task in a busy studio setting.
Passionate about health, fitness, and Pilates.
Full-time availability, including weekends.
Must be able to commute reliably to Waxhaw and surrounding areas.
Comfortable completing a background check as part of the hiring process.
$23,000 annual base salary + commission and bonuses.
