Job summary

YogaSix Southport Studio seeks a Sales Manager to ensure an exceptional customer experience in line with YogaSix standards. You will lead a team of Sales Associates and guide sales activities at the studio, assisting the owner with operational tasks 2-3 hours weekly.

The role emphasizes relationship-based selling, driving memberships, retail, and teacher training revenue, plus marketing and customer service initiatives to grow profitability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in retail/service or fitness sales.
• Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of leads (generate, follow up, close).
• Demonstrated ability to train and supervise staff in sales strategy.
• Ability to drive revenue across memberships, retail and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Sales - achieve studio profitability and growth targets through strategic, relationship based selling
• Generate new customer prospects for the studio through referrals and B2B networking
• Lead the sales process achieving high-quality relationship-based sales and role modelling selling to staff
• Manage wellness advisor team and grow revenue streams including Memberships, Retail and Teacher Training
