Job summary

YogaSix Canton Township in Michigan seeks a Sales & General Manager to oversee the studio operations, drive memberships and revenue, and supervise Wellness Advisors and Teachers. The role requires strong customer service, sales leadership, and proficiency with PC/Mac computers.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, and development, collaborate with the Studio Owner and National Sales Director to ensure profitability, build community relationships, and drive athletic and wellness growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service or fitness sales experience
• Experience supervising people successfully
• Proven ability to generate and follow up on leads
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple revenue streams: memberships, retail, and teacher training
• Highly organized and data-driven
• Professional and punctual

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation, Membership Sales and Retention
• Manage and grow revenue streams including Memberships, Retail and Teacher Training
• Coach and support Wellness Advisors and Teachers
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and development of studio staff
• Collaborate with Studio Owner and National Sales Director to ensure studio health and profitability
• Build and maintain relationships with members and local community
• Schedule and participate in grassroots marketing to drive guest traffic
• Work with national team to hit performance goals
• Attend studio, regional and company trainings as needed
• Ensure the studio is clean, welcoming, and running smoothly
