Job summary

SPENGA Greenville is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the studio's sales performance, oversee day-to-day lead generation, tracking, and membership sales, and manage a sales team dedicated to promoting the SPENGA brand.

You'll focus on driving client retention, developing a welcoming environment for staff and members, and building community partnerships. Flexible work-from-home options are available, with compensation of $20.00–$30.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations.
• Lead generation and grassroots marketing; establishing business to business relationships; lead tracking.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA.
• Sell memberships and retail.
• Retain and increase client participation.
• Submit accurate and timely reports.
• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships.
• As a SPENGA ambassador, promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
