Job summary

Stretch Zone in Severna Park, MD is seeking a Studio Manager to lead the wellness studio and drive member growth. You will open/close the studio, coach the sales team, onboard new hires, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects our health-focused culture.

You will report to leadership, receive ongoing mentorship, and participate in a competitive pay structure with performance-based incentives. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness.

Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the studio for the day and review appointments with the team.
• Coach the team, monitor performance, and help solve problems as needed.
• Onboard and train new Sales Associates to support ramp and integration.
• Lead by example or cover for the Studio Manager when they are off-site.
• Close the studio and celebrate team wins at the end of the day.
