Responsibilities

• Drive membership, class packs, and retail sales through in-person and digital channels
• Build relationships with prospective and current members to identify needs
• Promote studio promotions, referrals, and community events
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and performance metrics
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage front desk presence
• Support onboarding and training of Studio Advisors and assist regional operations
