Orangetheory Fitness -- West Coast Fitness in Roseville, CA is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome members, drive memberships, and deliver a high-energy studio experience. You will cultivate connections, conduct studio tours, handle transactions, and support the Fitness Team to keep members engaged and coming back.

This part-time role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a competitive $17/hour plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with strong sales prowess.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Functional computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), data entry and site navigation.
• Flexibility to work daytime, evening, holiday, and weekend hours as needed.
• Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment.
• Health-minded people preferred.
• High school diploma is required.
